Is Coaching Right For You?

Individualized coaching can provide significant personal benefit. Not only does coaching help avoid career-limiting behaviors you may not even realize exist, but it also further strengthens capabilities, an added plus to one’s career.

What’s Included and What are the Fees?

After an initial phone call, we can both determine whether or not my coaching process is ideal for your goals. If so, our steps will include:
- Initial phone coaching to identify what you want to accomplish
- Identify your goals and primary areas of focus – this will result in your Personal Learning & Development Plan
- Assess which diagnostic tools are needed including online assessments, pen and paper testing, peer interviews, etcetera.
- Eight (8) initial phone Coaching Sessions over the first 4 months, plus unlimited access to me by phone or email for an additional 8 months. You have access for one full year as you desire it, you can contact me weekly, monthly—whatever you need.
- Unlimited Access Pass to client-only links including a variety of helpful downloadable resources: white papers, articles, e-books, Mark’s special guides on targeted topics, slide shares.
- The “Great Start” kit which you’ll receive prior to our first coaching session. In it you’ll get helpful information like Tips For Getting The Most From Your Coaching; a Pre-Coaching Questionnaire so that I can get acquainted with what you will find helpful as well as what you wouldn’t like, your preferred learning style, and more.

Investment:
Guided One Year Coaching Program, $3,500 total includes 8 coaching sessions over 4 months, plus 8 months of unlimited access by phone or email, total program 12 months. One-half payment ($1,750) required to start, balance ($1,750) must be paid in full prior to initiating the second month.
Coaching Lite Option, $1,950 total includes 4 coaching sessions over 2 months, plus 4 months of unlimited access by phone or email, total program 6 months: If you feel you need less help and less access, you can choose this option. Any diagnostic tools are not included and will be purchased a la carte for $150 or more each. Full fee is required in advance before beginning.
