Did you notice the logo for ManageMyEmployees.com?

Our logo has generated a number of “I love the logo” or “Wow, great logo!” Behind our logo are three important aspects:

  • Managers support people and their success. Smart managers support the success, personal growth and individual performance of employees. This is depicted in the manager’s outstretched arms, supporting the weight of the team.
  • Managers value people. We believe that people are a company’s most valuable asset, and that, is depicted in the manager holding his/her people in very high esteem.
  • Great managers are effective leaders. To be a successful manager but to fail at leading—is still failure in our view. This aspect is depicted in the manager being present, working with (not lording over) people in order to successfully achieve ambitious goals.

The ancient wisdom of Jesus Christ captures what we believe: good leaders don’t seek to be served, but rather to serve the people. Our logo represents servant-based leadership in the truest sense of good management.
